We sell all of our online coffee as whole beans to ensure freshness. We recommend grinding right before brewing, to ensure the best possible experience. A simple grinder can be purchased for around $20.

Due to licensing, we can only sell prepackaged goods at markets, however, please speak to us if you need your coffee ground and we will do our best to accommodate.

For optimal flavor, our coffee is best enjoyed between 1 to 3 weeks from the roast date. After this time, the flavor of coffee starts to deteriorate. To slow this down, we recommend storing in the fridge or freezer to slow the deterioration of the flavor of the coffee. We recommend taking small amounts off coffee out at a time, and grinding right before brewing.

 All of our coffee for online orders are roasted to order. As a small batch roaster, we roast on Saturdays and ship the following Monday. This will ensure the freshest coffee for you! 

We roast our coffees to bring out its best qualities. We specialize in light to light-medium roasted coffee. We believe lighter roasts preserve the original, complex flavor profiles of the bean best.
