Our story began in 2015, when fate—and a semester abroad—brought us together. What started as a spark quickly grew into a shared journey fueled by countless cafe trips and a passion for discovering new flavors together.

In 2024, we transformed that passion into something bigger: Recalibrate Coffee Roasters.

From our small-batch roastery, we craft ethically sourced, single-origin coffees designed to inspire curiosity and elevate your daily ritual.

As we continue to grow the business, we still balance our full-time careers—Heather as a Special Education Teacher and Hayden as an Environmental Scientist—while building toward our dream of making coffee our lifelong commitment.

For us, coffee is more than just a drink. It’s an opportunity to pause, reset, and reconnect.
