This is a low intervention washed coffee from the Caranavi province in Bolivia, produced by young coffee farmer, Yulissa Chambi. It is certified organic. The flavor profile is clean and soft without feeling subdued. Its gingerbread baking spice and roasted hazelnut notes are delicately accented by hints of crisp plum and tart cranberry. Fruit notes lie underneath the surface in the form of purple grape and cranberry.
