A well-rounded coffee that offers a bit of everything. There was a sweetness of natural sugars and dehydrated fruits when grinding the coffee. When freshly brewed, we found notes of ripe dark berries and grainy sweetness - the importer describes it as "multigrain pancakes with a drizzle of blueberry syrup" which we love. As it cooled, we noticed more of the dried fruits, all spice and dark chocolate notes coming through. The acidity level is mild for Burundi. We found this is great for espresso.Specifications
